An Alraqeem AI project
A clearer view of the mosque’s day and service.
A system that connects a mosque’s educational, administrative, and community work in clear journeys so each role sees what it needs and leaders can understand and improve the work.
The problem
A mosque carries many responsibilities, yet its information may remain divided across notebooks, files, and individuals. That makes it difficult to see one coherent picture of classes, programs, daily work, and follow-up needs.
What we are building
We are designing journeys for the mosque’s different roles, turning daily activity into connected information without burdening people with technical complexity. The system should fit the language of mosque work—not force the mosque into the language of software.
The role of AI
Once data is consistent and reliable, intelligent analysis may highlight delayed work, a pattern worth reviewing, or resources that could be better directed. It does not replace the experience and judgment of those responsible for the mosque.
Safeguards
- Clear permissions for every role; information is visible only where needed.
- A clear distinction between an automated indicator and an educational or administrative judgment.
- Usability testing with practitioners, not only with the technical team.
- No collection of worshipper or student data without a known purpose and genuine necessity.
What comes next
Complete the core journeys, test them with real users in a controlled setting, then identify the analytical features whose usefulness and data quality can be demonstrated.
